Lynn's Cottage at Heron Ledge

Positive: Très beau séjour pour le réveillon du Nouvel An dans ce chalet au bord du lac. L’ameublement est plein de charme : il a un petit côté « d’un autre âge », mais loin d’être désuet, il contribue au contraire à créer une atmosphère très harmonieuse, chaleureuse et extrêmement confortable. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé, notamment pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable. La literie est tres confortable Le chauffage est efficace et agréable en hiver. Les hôtes avaient pris soin de déneiger et de saler après des pluies verglaçantes, ce qui a été très apprécié. Emplacement idéal : proche des commerces tout en étant au calme, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité en toute saison. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Negative: Seul petit point à noter : nous ne sommes pas très télévision et il n’y avait pas de jeux de société, ce qui aurait été un plus.

The trip was exceptional. I loved the homey cabin, the view was beautiful, and the location is great Positive: The location was excellent. The view was amazing. It was a great place to recharge and relax. Negative: There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) or hair dryer. Would be helpful to have this information on the site so I could have planned better.

Absolutely relaxing, enjoyable, and just what we were looking for as a girlfriend retreat and reunio Positive: Location, lake views, beach access and firepit, access to kayaks, proximity to local eateries, quaint cabin with all amenities. Enjoyed sitting outside with morning coffee, taking in the views and having an evening campfire. Owners invited us on an impromptu boat ride with a stop at a local lighthouse. Completely relaxing and enjoyable stay. Negative: We could have used some blankets and regular bed pillows for the futon, but we made do with sharing from the other two beds. Our mistake though, as we realized later that one bedroom had a trundle bed which could have been used 🙃 On the plus side, the futon was very comfortable.
